It isn't easy going back to school while working a full-time job.  Trying to balance the academic workload while spending 40+ hours a week at your job can be pretty draining.  But according to the National Center for Education Statistics, 55% of undergraduate students are over the age of 25, so I guess it's the norm these days.  Which is why I think online opportunities for learning are becoming so popular.

It can still be hard to meet all of my deadlines at work and at school, but being able to complete and submit all my assignments and attend lectures from home is what makes taking classes possible for me.  It takes an extra bit of discipline and planning, with all the added stress involved, but done right, one can turn procrastination into an art form.
